What We Do

Five ways we support your operations

From a single permit application to a full ferry delivery across six continents — Bass Aero handles what airlines, operators, and lessors need done, without the friction.

WSSS · WSSL

Ground Handling & Supervision in Singapore

We arrange and supervise ground handling for private jets and charter aircraft at Singapore Changi Airport (WSSS) and Seletar Airport (WSSL). Our staff are physically present with your aircraft — not coordinating remotely. We are the appointed local handler for several of the world's leading private aviation operators.

Ferry & Delivery

Aircraft Ferry & Delivery Flights

Over 100 aircraft deliveries worldwide. Route planning, overflight clearances, fuel stops, crew logistics, catering, and hotel arrangements at every stop. When airspace closes, we reroute. We have delivered aircraft through active conflict zones, pandemic-era restrictions, and out of long-term desert storage back into revenue service.

Worldwide

Overseas Ground Handling Coordination

We coordinate ground handling for your aircraft at airports across Asia Pacific and worldwide. Our network — built continuously since 2008 — gives you reliable coverage at locations where you have no existing presence.

Private & Charter

Trip Support for Private & Charter Operators

We plan the trip and handle everything behind it — overflight and landing permit applications, ground handling coordination, fuel, catering, crew logistics, and slot management. One point of contact. Every detail covered. Available 24/7.

Scheduled & Charter Airlines

Seasonal & Ad-Hoc Overfly Permits

We manage seasonal block permit programmes and ad-hoc overfly permit applications for scheduled and charter airlines across Asia, Central Asia, and the CIS region. We know the corridors, the authorities, and the timelines.

Proven In The Field

We have done this before.
Specifically.

01

Facilitated over 100 aircraft deliveries from Brazil to Asia across a multi-year programme, including narrow-body and regional jet types.

02

Delivered a full fleet of next-generation regional jets from Brazil to Singapore, navigating active conflict zones in Europe and the Middle East to find viable routing.

03

Supported desert storage operations for a major Asian carrier at Alice Springs, Australia at the height of COVID-19 — and subsequently managed the return of those aircraft to active service.

04

Long-term overfly permit management for major Southeast Asian carriers across scheduled and charter operations spanning multiple years.

You operate.
We make it possible.

Since 2008, supporting airlines, private jet operators, aircraft lessors, and OEMs across Asia Pacific and beyond.

Every person on our operations team has worked in this industry — on ramps, in operations centres, in military transport.

We do not learn your world on your time. We already know it.

Solutions

We built the tools we run on.

We understand operations so deeply, we built the platforms our own team runs on. Not products we bought — systems we designed, because we know exactly what a flight needs from first enquiry to final movement.

Flight Operations Platform

OpsDesk

The system our operations team runs every flight on — handling, permits, ferry movements, and billing in one place. Built around how flights actually move, not how software vendors imagine they do.

Operations Information Centre

OIC

Our team's live operational reference — weather, NOTAMs, and aeronautical information, structured the way a duty officer actually needs it at 3 a.m., not the way a portal presents it.

About Bass Aero

We have been in your shoes.

Bass Aero was founded in Singapore in 2008 by an aviation professional who spent three decades in the industry before building the company he wished had existed.

We are a flight support company — not a desk operation. Every person on our team has stood on a ramp, filed a flight plan, coordinated a diversion, or managed an aircraft delivery under pressure.

Our operations team carries over 150 combined years of front-line aviation experience, drawn from the RSAF, SATS, and Universal Aviation Singapore.
